Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered beautifully decorated rooms with a big comfy bed and charming furnishings. The service was exemplary, with the owners always eager to help and provide insights about Quito. However, the location has its drawbacks, being close to an area that’s less safe for tourists. Overall, I found the value for money to be good, but the surroundings could be a bit concerning.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, providing a lovely view of the nearby square. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, from transportation to helping with my leftovers. However, I found the lighting situation a bit annoying since the Ecuadorian pattern covers made the rooms quite dark. Nonetheless, the hotel's historic charm and dedication to service made it a memorable experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite an experience! The rooms were spacious and the large windows provided a stunning view, although the noise from the street was a downside. The staff were exceptionally nice and really made my stay better with their helpfulness. However, I did find the area to be a bit concerning as it’s not recommended for tourists. Overall, it offered great value for the money, but there are definitely a few things to consider before booking.
Staying at this hotel was a mostly enjoyable experience. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and I particularly loved the views of the square from my room. However, the noise from street traffic was a bit disruptive at times. The service was exceptional, as the staff were always available and offered helpful local tips. I felt the location was perfect for exploring, but be mindful of the hustle and bustle outside. Overall, it was a good value for a comfortable stay.
I really enjoyed my stay, but it wasn't without its quirks. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, and I felt like I was staying with family. The staff went out of their way to help with recommendations. However, the rooms were quite noisy in the evenings, which made it hard to relax at times. Overall, a good value for what I paid, but expect some nighttime disturbances.
